Wandering I'm Exploring (On Purpose)
There's a certain freedom that comes with knowing you aren't just wandering aimlessly. It's about diving into the unknown, trusting your instincts and letting curiosity be your compass. Sure, there might be moments of questioning, but those are just reminders to reassess.
The real joy is in each step, not the destination. It's about uncovering something new about yourself. When you're truly exploring, you realize that sometimes getting turned around is exactly how you stumble upon what you're looking for.
Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry Abroad While I Was Starving
Being lost in a new country is always an adventure, but sometimes those adventures can take a turn for the worse when your stomach starts to growl. It's easy to get caught up in the excitement during exploring {anew land and forget about the most basic needs like food. This often leads to mood swings, which can result in some less than gracious behavior.
I've definitely learned this the hard way on my last trip abroad. One moment I was beaming about discovering a local delicacy, and the next I was arguing with my travel companions because I hadn't eaten in hours. It's not exactly a behavior I'm proud of, but it just goes to show that even the most adventurous traveler can become a ravenous monster when they're hungry.
So, if you ever find yourself abroad and starting to feel cranky, my advice is to find some food immediately. It might be the difference between having a memorable trip and one that ends with some embarrassing moments.
